Welcome at Heihe

View at the Heilongjiang from Heihe

Heihe (Black River) is a city and a prefecture in the northeast of Heilongjiang district on the south bank of the beautiful Heilongjiang (Amur) river. The river is the border between Russia and China.

Across the river is the Russian city of Blagoveshchensk, with which it forms a free-trade zone.

The old city Aigun is part of Heihe, and is located about 30 kilometers from the center of Heihe.
